What we built

A system built for the problem, not off the shelf.

We built a mobile-first field verification application with GPS enforcement and optical validation at every step. An agent could not complete a verification checklist without being within 100 metres of the registered address coordinates — enforced at the API level, not just the UI.

The app guided agents through a structured checklist specific to verification type (residential, commercial, employment). Each photo was geo-tagged and time-stamped server-side. Documents were captured using the device camera with EXIF stripping to prevent social-engineering with pre-taken photos.

The operations dashboard gave managers real-time case status, agent location (with consent), daily completion rates, and pending-case aging. Auto-assignment routed new cases to the nearest available agent based on current location.

GPS-enforced verification

Agent must be within 100m of target address to begin checklist. Enforced server-side — unable to bypass via client manipulation.

Structured verification checklists

Type-specific guided checklists for residential, commercial, and employment verifications. Dynamic fields based on applicant profile.

Tamper-resistant photo capture

Photos captured via app only. EXIF and metadata stripped server-side. Geo-tag and timestamp applied on receipt.

Real-time case management

Operations dashboard shows live case status, agent position, and pending queue. Managers flag or approve verifications remotely.

Auto-assignment engine

New cases assigned to nearest available agent based on live location and current load. Balances workload and minimises travel.

Audit trail & report generation

Every field action logged with operator ID, coordinates, and timestamp. Verification report auto-generated for banking records.
