What we built

A system built for the problem, not off the shelf.

We built a textile-domain ERP from the ground up. The product catalogue model was designed specifically for silk sarees: weight, zari percentage, weave type, and border classification were first-class attributes, and pricing rules were defined as configurable formulas — not hard-coded logic.

Vendor management modelled the weaver relationship accurately: advance payments, partial deliveries, quality inspection hold workflows, and lot-based traceability from loom to showroom. Purchase orders could track partial fulfilment and auto-generate shortfall alerts.

The demand planning module used a two-year rolling average adjusted for festival calendar weights to project inter-branch stock requirements four weeks ahead. Branch managers could approve automated transfer recommendations in one click.
