What we built

A system built for the problem, not off the shelf.

We built a complete operations platform covering student lifecycle, instructor scheduling, vehicle management, lesson booking, and test applications — all integrated in a single system with a real-time availability engine at its core.

The booking engine applied seven conflict-detection rules automatically: instructor availability, vehicle availability, vehicle maintenance windows, lesson type compatibility, pre-test hour requirements, and student payment status. A booking that would cause a conflict simply couldn't be saved.

Students got a self-service portal to book, reschedule, and track their progress. Instructors got a mobile app with their daily schedule, lesson completion logging, and student feedback capture. Branch managers got a live operational dashboard.

Per-student lesson log with hour accumulation. Auto-flag when students meet licence test eligibility criteria.

Daily schedule, live navigation to pickup point, lesson completion logging, and student rating capture on mobile.

Students book, reschedule, and pay online. Training history and test application status visible at any time.
