What we built

A system built for the problem, not off the shelf.

We built a purpose-built CRM designed around how electronics distributors actually operate — not a repurposed generic solution. The architecture centred on a real-time sync model so field reps had full functionality offline, with changes reconciling instantly on reconnection.

Deal cards were made stock-aware: the system surfaced live inventory levels at the point of creating an opportunity so reps could commit with confidence. Automated follow-up sequences triggered based on deal status and last-contact age, eliminating manual nudges.

Territory and dealer management was built into the data model from the ground up — not bolted on. Managers could slice performance by territory, dealer tier, or SKU family in seconds.
