What we built
A system built for the problem, not off the shelf.
We conducted a full coverage audit first — mapping every camera position, calculating coverage angles, and identifying blind spots. The resulting network design specified 400 IP cameras across the campus, all feeding into a central NVR cluster with redundant storage.
The command center was designed with a 16-screen video wall, operator workstations for multi-feed monitoring, and dedicated forensics stations. Camera groupings were organised by zone, allowing operators to switch contexts instantly.
AI-assisted motion analytics were configured on high-priority zones: perimeter fencing, server rooms, and parking areas. Alerts triggered on defined events — loitering, perimeter breach, object left — reducing the manual monitoring burden significantly.
