What we built
A system built for the problem, not off the shelf.
We designed and installed automatic boom barriers at all 6 gates integrated with an RFID vehicle registration system. Registered vehicles with valid permits entered without stopping — the barrier read the RFID tag and lifted automatically in under 2 seconds.
All 300 vehicles were fitted with GPS trackers transmitting position every 30 seconds. A central fleet management console displayed live positions on a map, with geofencing alerts for off-zone vehicles and idle-time monitoring.
The gate access database fed directly into operations: supervisors could see which vehicles were on-site versus off-site in real time, and historical gate logs were searchable instantly.

Alerts when vehicles idle beyond configurable thresholds. Weekly idle-time reports per driver and vehicle.
