What we built

A system built for the problem, not off the shelf.

We built a full HRMS with the payroll engine designed as the most robust component — every rule, formula, and statutory calculation was verified against official rate schedules and audited by a CA before going live.

Biometric integration was achieved via a direct API connection to the access control system. Attendance data flowed into the HRMS in real time, with exception management workflows for anomalies. The leave management module was deeply integrated with the attendance module: approved leave automatically updated attendance, and leave balances updated instantly.

The statutory module automated PF, ESI, PT, and TDS computation. IT declaration workflows made the annual declaration and Form 16 generation fully self-service. Payslips were generated, password-protected, and delivered directly to employees by email.
